Transforming a one man show into a brand where trainers and trainee can Reach Absolute Potential

Ramon “RAP” Francisco, the owner of RAP Fitness is a good friend of several years. I was there at the inception of his personal training endeavors. Watching him fight for every client, but always keep his motivation and purpose whether during feast or famine. His time came though, he was growing clients were in high supply and he wanted to transition. He wanted to grow his opertation outside of himself and define his brand in the Central Florida market. So he called me.

First thing we did is established the base of his visual identity. We were going for something that was intense, but also could feel modern and non confrontational. Rap was all about tapping into clients potential showing them how far they could go. Basically he wanted clients to be the heroes of the story and we wanted that “heroic” feeling within the logo as well

Getting the brand into the world. On the street, in peoples hands, or on their bodies

Now that we had a physical presence it was time to make sure we had a digital footprint

Most of the clients on RAP Fitness were acquired through 2 ways. The first was through word of mouth and the second was from online search. Building up the brand’s online presence through its own site and social was focused on targeting both of these.

We wanted to communicate a sense of authority, security and experience for those who were either directed to the site or who stumbled upon it naturally.

Design and strategic choices made with the site helped propel the brand forward and make sure there was a steady influx of new clients.
